Registration and Eligibility

Registrations are subject to review, approval, and availability. Finance MEA may decline, suspend, or cancel any registration if submitted information is incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with the event criteria.

• Attendees must provide valid identification and current contact details.
• Some events may be limited to approved members, invited attendees, or corporate delegates.
• Access badges and confirmations are issued only after successful validation and payment.

Payments and Pricing

Ticket pricing, membership pricing, promo codes, and corporate access are managed according to the pricing rules active at the time of checkout. All fees are displayed before payment and may include taxes, processing fees, or country-specific requirements where applicable.

• Promo codes are valid only when issued directly by Finance MEA or an authorized partner.
• Prices may change without prior notice until payment is successfully completed.
• Incomplete or failed transactions do not guarantee seat reservation.

Tickets, Transfers, and Refunds

Tickets are issued to the registered attendee and may be personal, corporate, or promotional. Transfer, upgrade, downgrade, refund, or cancellation eligibility depends on the event policy communicated during registration.

• Requests for correction or transfer must be submitted before the published cutoff date.
• No-show attendees may forfeit the full value of their registration.
• Refund timelines, if approved, follow the payment provider processing schedule.

Attendee Conduct

Finance MEA is committed to a professional, respectful, and safe environment. Attendees must comply with venue instructions, safety procedures, event rules, and community standards at all times.

• Harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, or disruption may result in immediate removal.
• Badges are personal and may not be shared or resold without written approval.
• Photography, recording, and media capture may occur during the event.

Program Changes and Event Cancellation

Finance MEA may update schedules, speakers, session formats, venues, or digital delivery methods where reasonably necessary. While every effort is made to preserve the announced experience, substitutions or operational changes may happen due to force majeure, venue requirements, travel limitations, or organizer decisions.

If an event is postponed or cancelled, Finance MEA will communicate the available options, which may include a revised date, event credit, transfer opportunity, or refund according to the applicable event policy.

Privacy and Communications

Personal data collected during registration may be used for attendee administration, event logistics, badge creation, support communication, post-event follow-up, and relevant Finance MEA updates. Data handling should align with the published privacy policy and applicable laws.

• Important service communications may be sent even if marketing preferences are disabled.
• Newsletter subscription remains optional unless otherwise stated.
• Attendees may request updates or corrections to personal information where permitted.

Liability

Finance MEA shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation, postponement, venue restrictions, travel disruption, third-party payment provider failure, or attendee misuse of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Attendees remain responsible for travel arrangements, visas, personal insurance, and compliance with venue and local regulations.
